Support · The promise, in writing
Write to us during your operating season and a person who knows the software answers that day. Not a ticket maze, not a chatbot — an answer, from a human, the same day.
There is no 24/7 phone line, and we won't pretend there is. In season, email gets a human answer the same day. Out of season, answers may take until the next business day — your park is closed, and ours runs lean, and both of those are the honest shape of a $299 product.
Every morning of your season, ParkByHand emails your park its arrivals and departures sheet — the day's arrivals with their sites and balances, and the day's departures. It is the resilience promise at the heart of the product: an outage must never stop your park's day. If our system, your internet, or the office computer is down, the sheet in your inbox runs the day — check-ins, check-outs, sites — until things come back, and nothing is lost: the sheet came from the same single calendar your guests book against.
Most getting-started questions are answered on the features page and the switching page. For everything else — and for parks thinking about the move — the address is the same:
Tell us your park's name, roughly how many sites, and what system you're on now (even if it's a paper book — paper books migrate too, they just type slower). We'll answer like people.
